Berry Chia Jam with Peanut Butter on toas
A delicious dose of protein, fibre & antioxidants ππ»
+Add approx 1 cup frozen organic raspberries & blueberries combined to a pan on a low heat. When it starts to melt add approx 2 teaspoons of chia seeds & mix and let them simmer together until they form a jam like texture. + I used my favourite @wholegreenbakery seeded gluten free bread & added @mayversfood peanut butter. Then added the chia jam ontop..
So so easy and so so delicious π
