Berry & Peach Crumble

Thereโ€™s actually nothing quite like a bowl of warm crumble in winter that melts in your mouth... filled with sooo much flavour, ๐Ÿคค especially because itโ€™s not just a delicious dessert but also insanely wholesome & nourishing, such a win win ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป
Details: ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ
Mix together all of your berry mix:
+ 3 chopped nectarines + 2.5 cups berries (frozen or fresh, I used a combo of fresh raspberries & frozen blueberries)
+ 3 tsp lemon juice
+ 2 tbs arrowroot flour
+ 1 tbs rice malt
+ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
.
In another bowl mix together your crumble:
+ 2 cups rolled oats
+ 1/2 cup almond meal + 2 tbs ground flaxseed + Splash salt
.
In another bowl mix together the below and then combine it to your dry crumble mixture:
4 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs rice malt
1 tsp vanilla .
Add your berry mixture to a baking dish and then add your crumble mixture ontop, pat it down so it sets. Cook in the oven on 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until really golden ontop! ๐Ÿ˜˜
