CARAMEL MACADAMIA CUPS

To make bottom layer:
Add to processor/mixer-
3/4 cup roasted macadamias 
1 cup dedicated coconut
1 cup rolled oats 
5 pitted medjool dates 
1 tbs melted coconut oil
.
Once processed add mixture into your muffin moulds. Press it down firmly specifically in the middle making it deeper in the centre (like little bowls).
Add to freezer

Middle layer:
Add into processor-
10 medjool dates
2 tsb nut butter 
1 tsb miso paste (I forgot this pArt!)
1/2 cup water
30 roasted macadamias
Once processed add mixture as the filling of your little bowls..
Smooth out and add 3 macadamias to the top and press down.. I did this with 1 walnut cause I ran out of macadamias. 
Put back into freezer.
Drizzle dark melted chocolate (the darker the better, I use 85%) to the top and freeze for an hour! 
They are seriously EPIC 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
