CHICKPEA BROWNIES

CHICKPEA BROWNIES.. and let me tell you... these are DEELICIOUSSSS & 1000x better than it looks 🤤 and I promise you would never know it’s packed with protein rich chickpeas! Massive bonus if you ask me, making it super wholesome!
Super simple guys, I’m going to be making these on the regular from now on!!
In a food processor add:
+ 1 can drained chickpeas
+ 1/2 cup peanut butter
+ 1 TBS melted coconut oil
+ 1/2 cup rice malt syrup / maple syrup
Whiz together until well combined..
Then add to the processor:
+ 1/4 tsb baking powder
+ 1 tsb vanilla
+ 1/4- 1/3 cup raw cacao + 1/4 cup almond meal + handful of dark choc (as much as you like! I added approx 2 tbs of dark choc chips)
Whizz it up again, add mix to baking tray lined with baking paper. I used a loaf tin but you can use something shallower if that’s what you have!
I added some extra dark choc pieces ontop for fun because I’m greeedy, I used 85% dark choc.
Bake on 180 degree for approx 25 mins, the idea is to keep it gooey but not too gooey 😂 put a fork through to ensure it’s not still wet, if so, keep on cooking and watching it! SOOO GOOD! Enjoy 😘😘😘
