Chickpea Pasta Salad

The ultimate wholesome vege packed whip up lunch: Chickpea Pasta Salad 🙏
Step 1: chop up your raw vege: capsicum, carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes & lettuce
Step 2: make an epic dressing: mix together 1 tsb tahini, 1 tsb olive oil, 1 tsb apple cider vinegar, 1/2 lemon juice
Step 3: Add your protein, I am currently obsessed with the @barillaaus chickpea pasta, I add 1/2 cup into my salad bowl
Step 4: Add your seeds; I added 1 tsb of Nigella seeds & 1 tsb hemp seeds
Mix together and enjoy alllll the goodness 🙏
