Chocolate Chia Pudding

The perfect sweet snack or dessert! Chia seeds are a delicious nutritious ingredient packed with fibre, protein, omega 3s (healthy fats), magnesium, calcium and the list goes on! Basically an awesome snack option that will keep you full!

Recipe: In a jar add
+ 2 tbs chia seeds
+ 1/2 cup milk of choice; I go for a unsweetened almond milk
+ 1 tbs raw cacao + splash of cinnamon
Mix well for a minute, then leave in fridge for 20 minutes for the chia seeds to expand and become a gel like consistency. These are also great to leave overnight in the fridge.
Toppings: these are essential otherwise the taste can be quite bitter due to the raw cacao. I love to add 1 tsp of peanut butter and some berries and almonds. For photogenic purposes I added it ontop however as you will see in the video I stir through the pb to make it so dam delish!! And drizzle with some honey if your feeling greedy 😘
