A healthy CARAMEL SLICE
3 layers of deliciousness with a crunchy โbiscuityโ base: Refined sugar free, gluten free, dairy free and vegan ๐๐ผ

Base:
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsb salt
6 tbs rice malt syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
Mix it all together well and spread out on a baking tin (with baking paper to avoid sticking)
Bake until brown about 10 mins on 180 degrees.. then leave to cool

Middle layer:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
1/4 tsb salt
Mix well and pour over over the first layer once itโs set!
Place in freeze until it sets/freezes

Top layer:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
4 tbs rice malt syrup
1/4 tsb salt
Mix together on low heat until all melted in together
Pour over and place back in freezer to set. Once set, cut and enjoy ๐๐๐
