Crunchy Sesame Cookies

 

Just a bowl, 5 ingredients and bake!
I made these because I love tahini, not only is it delish but it’s such an awesome way to get calcium in your diet! These take less than 5 mins to prep, have a go!!
Mix together in a bowl:
+ 3/4 cup almond meal
+ 3/4 cup rolled oats
+ 1/4 cup @mayversfood tahini
+ 2 TBS olive oil + 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
+ A few dashes of cinnamon
Roll into balls and roll into a bowl of sesame seeds then flatten on a baking tray with a fork.. bake on 180 degrees until golden for about 15 mins. Make sure you leave it to cool to get the ultimate crunch!
