tahini fudge
TAHINI FUDGE for the win π€€ Officially one of my favourite EASIEST recipes so far ππΌππΌ
This is an absolutely MUST try, it takes 5 minutes to assemble and all you need is a bowl and spoon and some patience whilst it sets in the freezer (which is the hardest part). This tastes epic with a chocolate coating or without (second pic), you choose!
* Itβs of course filled with only the most wholesome delicious ingredients, so you get to nourish your body whilst eating the most deliciously satisfying fudge β£οΈ
In a bowl mix well together:
+ 1 cup almond meal
+ 1/2 cup tahini
+ 1/2 cup peanut butter
+ 4 tbs coconut oil
+ 3-4 tbs maple syrup
Pour into your mould and freeze for a minimum of 30 mins.
Option 1: Naked, without the chocolate:
Let it freeze for at least an hour in total for optimal consistency and deliciousness.
Option 2: With a chocolate coating:
An optional addition to the fudge is a layer of chocolate as the topping. Melt a block of choc of choice, I used 78% Lindt and poured it over the top whilst in the mould. I then sprinkled chopped up pistachios ontop and put it back in the freezer to set. Let it freeze for at least an hour.
