Tahini Granola bars & Granola

These ingredients are all of my favourite wholefoods mixed together packed with sooo many nutrients, just the way I like it πŸ™ Always be prepared to have something wholesome but delicious to nibble on at home when your hunger hormones come out to play.
Recipe:
- in a bowl mix together:
+ 3 cups rolled oats
+ 1 cup of nuts ( I combined chopped raw cashews & almonds)
+ 1/2 cup of seeds (I combined sunflower & pumpkin seeds)
+ 1/4 cup desiccated coconut + splash of cinnamon & salt
- in a blender mix together until well combined:
+ approx 10 soaked dates (soak them for 10 mins before using)
+ 1/2 cup tahini
+ 4-5 tbs water
- mix the wet ingredients with dry very well until well combined.
- I then halved the mixture
+ Granola: 1st half: lay on a tray and spread out to bake + Granola Bars: 2nd half: add into a loaf tray (something with sides) and flatten mixture down so it’s well combined.
+ Bake it all on approx 160 degree for 25 minutes or until you are happy with the golden colour!
* for the granola bars leave to cool and harden for 15 minutes, then drizzle some dark chocccie over and cut. 😘
