mango sorbet
3 ingredient MANGO SORBET 🙌🏻
This couldn’t be simpler and more delicious if you tried!
An amazing alternative to sugary ice creams and gelatos, sweetened through the natural sugar in mangos and a touch of maple syrup which is totally optional!
Simply add to a blender:
+ 2 cups of frozen mango (I buy the organic macro brand from woolies already chopped and frozen)
+ 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat, I don’t think the lite will work as well)
+ 2 tsp maple syrup
Blend until creamy (about 45 seconds) then add to a sealed container and freeze for about 3 hours until it sets!
