There is just no need for pre-made sugary pancake mixes when it is this easy to make!! If you havenβt yet noticed on my stories, I eat these at least a few times a week because they taste 10/10 and are just so easy, wholesome & tasty! For those who havenβt yet tried, please try them, you will never go back to packet pancakes again!!
In a blender wizz up:
+ 1/2 cup rolled oats
+ 1 overripe banana
+ 1/4 cup & a dash of almond milk
+ 1 organic egg
+ 1/2 tsp baking powder
Another great option to add is a scoop of protein powder, then just add a little bit more milk for the right consistency.
Toppings:
+ berry chai jam
+ ground flaxseed
+ peanut butter (always)
+ honey
+ chopped almonds
