I’ve posted this recipe before but made some minor tweaks and filmed the process for you this time so that you can see how easy they are 🙌🏻
The perfect snack or dessert, a great combo of protein, carbs & good fats & fibre!
Simple add 2 mashed overripe bananas to a bowl with 2 cups rolled oats and 2 tbs of peanut butter. That’s it! (Oh and some cinnamon if your a cinnamon fan, a generous pinch!) Mix it all together, roll into balls and flatten on baking paper on a baking tray and cook for about 15 mins on 180 degrees.
