CHICKPEA BROWNIES

Happy Friday friends. Just whipped up my favourite CHICKPEA BROWNIES for the weekend. Honestly, you can’t go wrong & packed with protein ✔️✔️ If you haven’t made these yet, I highly suggest trying!! An oldie but a goodie 😘

Recipe:
In a food processor add:
+ 1 can drained chickpeas
+ 1/2 cup peanut butter
+ 1 TBS melted coconut oil
+ 1/2 cup rice malt syrup / maple syrup
Whiz together until well combined..
Then add to the processor:
+ 1/4 tsb baking powder
+ 1 tsb vanilla
+ 1/4- 1/3 cup raw cacao
+ 1/4 cup almond meal

Whizz it up again, add mix to baking tray lined with baking paper. I used a loaf tin but you can use something shallower if that’s what you have!
I added some extra dark choc pieces ontop for fun because I’m greeedy, I used 85% dark choc.
Bake on 180 degree for approx 25 mins, the idea is to keep it gooey but not too gooey 😂 put a fork through to ensure it’s not still wet, if so, keep on cooking and watching it! SOOO GOOD! Enjoy 😘
