Berry Swirl Brekky Bowl ❣️Featuring: Zuchini protein oats, Greek yoghurt, Chia berry jam, Peanut butter, Flaxseeds & walnuts 🙌🏻
Actually obsessed with how good this was, I encourage you to try! Not only is it seriously packed with all the nutrients your body needs to start the day, it tastes unbelievable!! It’s a super high protein brekky made even higher using @nuzest_aus protein powder. This bowl is also rich in fibre, antioxidants, good fats, omega 3s and lots more (including sneaking some vege in too) This is the perfect meal to start the day!

* recipe serves 2
Oats:
+ 1/2 grated zucchini
+ 1/2 cup rolled oats
+ 1/2 cup milk of choice
+ 1/2 cup water
+ 2 scoops @nuzest_aus vanilla protein
+ 2 tsp psyllium husk
+ dash of cinnamon
Add it all to a pot and simmer for 10 minutes whilst stirring.

Berry Jam
+ 1/2 cup frozen organic berries (I used raspberries & blueberries)
+ 1/4 cup water
+ 3 tbs chia seeds
Add all to a pot and simmer on low for 10 minutes stirring occasionally

Toppings:
+ 2 tbs ground flaxseeds
+ small handful chopped walnuts
+ 2 tsp smooth peanut butter
+ 2 heaped tbs Greek yoghurt
+ add your berry jam ontop
Stir and swirl
