Super Seedy Wholesome Crackers πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I thought I would document making one of my all time fave crackers today.. They are just too easy & filled with so many beautiful nutrients not to try for yourself! I hope this video (swipe right) inspires you to make your own! A much better option than 99.9% of the crackers you will find at the shops!! (Where you will more often than not find vegetable oils, thickeners, emulsifiers, sugar & excess sodium! Totally unnecessary to put in crackers if you ask me that our bodies won’t appreciate!)

In a bowl mix together:
+ 1 cup of seeds of choice (today I used just sunflower seeds, but I usually do a mix with pumpkin seeds when I have them)
+ 1/4 cup linseeds (flaxseeds)
+ 1/4 cup chia seeds
+ 1/4 cup sesame seeds
+ pinch of salt
Once mixed together add 1 cup of water and let it sit in the fridge for 15- 20 mins as it binds together and sets
+ flatten the mixture on baking paper on a baking tray with a spoon, then grab another piece of baking paper and use it to flatten with your hands! (This is the most important step for a great consistency!)
+ Cook for 40 minutes of 180 degrees. At 30 mins of cooking take it out, cut them carefully into pieces and turn the pieces over and bake for another 10-15 mins until nice and crispy. Leave to cook for 10 minutes before diving in.
Most deliciously eaten with pesto & hummus in my opinion!!
