TAHINI GRANOLA & CHIA JAm

Just a little bit of Sunday meal prep means I have nutritious brekkies organised all week long πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
A lot of people struggle with getting a good breakfast in as they are rushing about all morning, the easiest solution for this is spending just a little time once a week making a big batch for the week and this is a delicious go to!!

This brekky bowl took me less than 2 minutes to put together because everything was already prepped and iS LOADED with incredible nutrients via the nuts, seeds, tahini, chia seeds and berries! A serious nutritional power house πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

TAHINI GRANOLA:
In a bowl mix together all dry ingredients:
+ 2 cups rolled oats
+ 3/4 cup of nuts ( I combined chopped raw cashews & almonds)
+ 1/2 cup of seeds (I combined sunflower & pumpkin seeds)
+ 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
+ 1/4 cup raw buckinis
+ splash of cinnamon & salt

In a blender mix together until well combined:
+ approx 10 soaked dates (I like to soak them in a bowl of boiling water for 1 minute before blending)
+ 1/2 cup tahini
+ 5 tbs water

Mix the wet ingredients with dry very well until well combined.

+ Bake at 180 degree for 25 minutes or until you are happy with the golden colour!

CHIA JAM:
In a pot combine 3 tbs chia seeds, half a cup of water and half a cup of frozen blueberries. Mix and leave on simmer for 10 mins, then add to blender for 20 secs until a perfect jammy consistency

Bowl deets:
+ Generous handful of granola
+ 2 tbs sheep’s yoghurt milk stirred in with a scoop of @nuzest_aus vanilla protein powder for an extra protein hit
+ 1 tsp @picspeanutbutter
+ 1 chopped kiwi fruit
+ heaped tbs blueberry jam
+ splash of oat milk to soak up the granola
DELICIOUS!!
