Golden Granola Goodness 🍯

How had I never made this before?! Especially because it’s absolutely jam packed with all of my favourites.. there is so much nourishment in here, get on it if you haven’t yet!! A great addition of nutrients to add to your oats/yoghurt/smoothies 👇🏼
+ 2 cups rolled oats
+ 3 Tbs raw buckinis + 2 Tbs sunflower seeds
+ 2 Tbs pumpkin seeds
+ 2 Tbs chia seeds
+ 1/4 tsb salt
+ 1/4 tsb cinnamon
In a bowl mix it all together and add in 1/4 cup rice malt syrup + 2 heaped Tbs melted coconut oil
Mix well, then flatten out on a lined baking tray
Cook on 180 degrees for 10 minutes.. then add coconut flakes ontop, then cook for another 10 mins until golden
+ Leave to cool before breaking it up so it sets and you get those yummy chunks!
* This is a nut free recipe but I would suggest adding your nuts of choice and even some peanut butter to mix in if you are feeling greedy 🐽
