Tahini & Peanut Butter Bars

In a bowl mix together:
1 cup almond meal
1//4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup tahini 
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
Splash of cinnamon
Flatten into a loaf tin and freeze. Then chop into rectangles and dip in 90% Lindt melted choc! Sprinkle some sea salt and pop back in the freezer for when you just need something sweet!
