PB & Oat protein balls
Not a week goes by without me making these bliss balls, I bloody love them and have worked hard perfecting the recipe after many attempts! Morning/afternoon snack or after dinner snack.. these are my go to! I wanted to show you how easy they are to make!
In a blender add: + 1/2 cup almond meal
+ 1/2 cup rolled oats + 1/4 cup peanut butter + 2 tbs rice malt syrup + 2 medjool dates or 4 small dried dates.. Blend to get a sticky consistency..
+ melt 1.5 squares of 90% dark choc and drizzle over, then pop in freezer to store them to grab when you need something sweet ππΌSo good π½π½
* this batch makes 8.. I usually double or triple the quantities to have more and so I donβt run out too quickly!
