Snap Crackle Pop

A healthier non processed chocolate crackle πŸ’“
Ingredients:
+ 3 cups puffed rice
+ 1/2 cup peanut butter
+ 10 soaked dates
+ 1 tsp vanilla + 2 tbs coconut oil
+ 1 block 85% choc
.
In a food processor add your soaked dates, peanut butter, vanilla and coconut oil. Wizz it well until a pasty consistency.
Transfer into a bowl and mix it in really well with your hands with the rice puffs.
Add it into a container or loaf tin. Then flatten it so it’s as dense as possible!
+ pop in freezer
+ melt your dark choc and then pour over the crackles, pop back in freezer and keep for a few hours! Overnight is ideal to ensure it doesn’t fall apart!
Then cut and enjoy 😘
